We’re delighted that Stan Kirsch will be offering a lesson on treading the boards, finding your spotlight and honing your acting techniques…
In parallel with his own acting career, Stan has taught and coached numerous actors including Golden Globe Award Winner Rachel Bloom (Crazy Ex-Girlfriend), Michael B. Jordan (Creed), David Giuntoli and Bitsie Tulloch (Grimm), Mark Feuerstein (Royal Pains) and Maroon 5‘s Adam Levine (Begin Again & American Horror Story) among many others.
On SATURDAY evening (changed from the original FRIDAY timings) Stan will be running an acting workshop during which time you will be able to work first hand with Stan on current film and television scripts and learn both the basics and nuances of screen acting.
Stan will coach you through scenes that he personally selects and offer tips on what makes a performance stand out and be remarkable. He will also answer questions about the film making process as a whole and offer you skills to hone both your dramatic and comedic chops. Whether you have never acted before or are just brushing up, Stan will guide you towards making stronger, more specific choices that ensure you will always stand out! You are also guaranteed to have a lot of fun in the process!
The price of the class – which will run from 6:00pm – 7:30pm on Saturday 21st – is $75 per person and is limited to 20 students.
