Story:  Connor MacLeod (Christopher Lambert) has outlived many of the people he’s loved and has always believed that was part of the price of being Immortal. You live forever but you eventually lose those who do not…

But the truth is that someone has been stalking Connor from his earliest days in the Highlands, seeking not to challenge him for his head… at least, not yet. Instead they will take away everything and everyone that gives his life meaning.

But when Connor loses one friend too many, he begins to feel the weight of his age and decides to remove himself from the ‘Game’ completely, seeking sanctuary away from the world.

Yet he has not hidden carefully enough… the Immortal called Kell (Bruce Payne) has learned of his location and his vendetta will not be thwarted. Laying waste to ‘Sanctuary’, Connor’s fellow ‘refugees’ are slaughtered by Kell and his own posse of Immortals… but what of Connor himself?

Half a world away, Duncan MacLeod feels the massive release of Immortal energy and knows that something terrible has happened. Locating Methos (Peter Wingfield) and Joe Dawson (Jim Byrnes), Duncan sets out to find the truth about his kinsman. But Duncan’s own terrible mistakes are also about to come back to haunt him…

Now Kell also has Duncan in his sights and even the combined might of the MacLeods may not be enough to end Kell’s campaign of vengeance.

And if there ‘can be only one’, which MacLeod will have to win… and which will have to lose?
